The city hall of the south-east district of Amsterdam is developed by the Royal BAM Group and designed by A+D+P Architects, its construction was completed in the year 2006. The building fulfills a representative function for the community administration of the district situated at the Anton de Kom square. Hazhar Saida and Martin Schepers were the involved team to manage, draw and co-ordinate the project during the phases definitive design, tender and execution. The building houses a front and a back office, governance offices, conference rooms, wedding halls and an information centre for the south-east district. The building covers a total of 13,000 m² of gross floor area.
