The New Rijksmuseum Amsterdam |

The design competition for the new Rijksmuseum in 2001 was won by Cruz y Ortiz Arquitectos from Seville. A+D+P Architects from Amsterdam acts in this project as co-architect. In 2006 and 2007, as a projectmanager, Hazhar Saida at A+D+P Architects with a team of six staff members and in collaboration with the CyO was responsible for the contract drawings. Martin Schepers, has provided assistance to CyO for submitting the building permit. This multifaceted project, comprising a total of five buildings including the Main Building, is now in the execution phase. Cruz y Ortiz Arquitectos has asked Bureau BOUwwIJZEN to assist their office in Amsterdam solving technical problems during the implementation phase. Since July 2009, Bureau BOUwwIJZEN is working for CyO for the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam as a technical support and advise group. |
